  2. Thought provoking article. I was able to relate every single aspect you had written. I was just doing what was needed for the day…wasn’t sure if I was right. Simultaneously I carried lot of guilt for things I couldn’t do. This article came to me as a reminder to my Samyama experience and as a solution to overcome my guilt. Thank you Anna.
